Matthew is to be about 11 nmiles east of Cocoa Beach at 11 PM Thurs (10/6) with winds 115 kts (132 mph) all isolated to the east quadrant aimed north and tracking north and quickly moving out of the Central Fla swell window and paralleling the coast north of there. Winds quickly turning west and fading as the day progresses.

TS Matthew is to start tracking southwest with winds 50 kts positioned 270 nmiles east of Cocoa Beach generating swell but also strong northeast winds at 30 kts nearshore.

East windswell fading from 8 ft @ 9 secs
Matthew is to continue southwest positioned 225 nmiles off Ft Pierce with winds 40 kts with east winds locally 20-25 kts generating raw windswell.
The GFS model has Matthew moving over South Florida on Wed (10/12) with Nichol tracking northwest from a point 700 nmiles off Central Florida with winds 65 kts. More swell possible.
